One of the great things
about Grendel Sound is you get to deal with me, Alex
Knappenberger, directly. Admittedly, this past year
(2008) I was preoccupied with so much that customer
service unfortunately was my last priority. Now that
I've realized that customer service needs to be the
first priority (business 101, right?), I am here and
ready to shoot the breeze and answer any questions
in a timely manner (online e-mail application

I also usually have my
cell phone beside me at all times so feel free to
call me at 330-232-2109. I may or may not
answer before or after business hours (which for me
is around 10AM-6PM EST) but l am making it a habit
of mine to make sure I call back all foreign
numbers. I also may not answer if I am doing work
and left my phone on the desk. You can also text me
or message me on AIM, plenty of ways to communicate with
me!
